Our Mission Insight Counseling Centers (formerly known as the Pastoral Counseling Centers of Tennessee) exists to restore lives to wholeness – mentally, emotionally and spiritually. What We Do Insight provides quality, spiritually-integrative mental health counseling services for individuals, couples, and families, training for professionals, and mental health awareness education for communities in Middle Tennessee. Who We Are We are professionally trained therapists who help clients with a variety of issues: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, addiction, trauma, and stress, among others. Our spiritually-integrative approach means that we treat the whole person, taking into account the client's spiritual beliefs and faith tradition. Our therapists are specially trained and equipped to address spiritual concerns as well as mental and emotional issues.
