Insight Debate & Dialogue creates customized in-person training, helping universities, schools, and businesses teach people how to have respectful conversations about controversial topics. Unlike standardized workshops, we provide comprehensive solutions from strategic planning and program implementation to evaluation. We design dialogues that enable groups to tackle controversial topics while maintaining respect, learning, and authentic engagement. Proven Impact In one year, we engaged 1,172 students across 22 programs. - 95% became more excited to engage with those holding different views. - 88% reported discussions included multiple perspectives, were treated respectfully, facilitated new learning, and created comfort expressing viewpoints.
