About Insight Global Health Group
Insight is the Global Health Group at the University of Adelaide and a registered charity with the ACNC. Our aim is to empower, educate and inspire students in global health issues by -Promoting awareness and understanding of health issues in developing communities, and the multiple factors that contribute to these; -Providing opportunities for active involvement within communities; and -Raising funds for various projects, both existing and created by Insight, to improve health inequalities. Annually, Insight runs numerous educational seminars and workshops, Indigenous Health Outreach Trips, Birthing Kits Workshops and fundraising events. We are proud to support our three sustainable projects who we have strong ongoing relationships with - Maranatha Health in Uganda, Kompiam District Hospital in PNG and Cambodia World Family Dental Project.
