Our Leadership Programs use actual cases taught at Harvard Business School which are tailored towards our students. Through discussion based classes, students will obtain leadership skills including self-awareness, logical thinking, decision making, leading with empathy, communication skills, and many more! Through our B2C pillar, we have taught over 250 students from various countries including Japan, Thailand, Singapore, HK, United States, Finland, Czech Republic and the list is growing! Through our B2B pillar, we have achieved to sign contracts with several private schools in Japan. We have created a creative, safe and inspiring space for our students where everyone has an opportunity to unlock their potential. Students not only learn but practice the various leadership skills taught through the case method style classes. At the end of our programs, our students find their own unique Leadership style and become inspiring Leaders! Meg Takada, Co-founder and CEO is a HBS graduate who now resides in Manhattan working at Google. Maya Kanatsu, Co-founder has experience working in an international bank for 10 years and is now a trained Business Coach. The two are the main coaches leading the program. Professor Geoffrey G.
