About Inspira Insights Australia

Inspira Insights Australia is a heart-centred, trauma-informed practice offering therapist-led professional development, listening training, and relational wellbeing programs for individuals, teams, and communities. Founded by Peter Coyle — psychotherapist, breathwork practitioner, and facilitator — our work is rooted in lived experience, somatic awareness, and compassion-based approaches that honour the nervous system, emotional complexity, and the dignity of human connection. We work across sectors to support more connected, inclusive, and emotionally sustainable workplaces. From grassroots collectives to leadership teams, we offer experiential learning grounded in deep listening, regulation, co-regulation, and psychological safety. Our practice centres the values of equity, accessibility, and cultural humility. We recognise the impact of trauma, systemic injustice, and workplace stress — and respond with integrity, creativity, and care. We aim to create spaces where people of all identities and backgrounds feel safe, seen, and heard. Based in Sydney, NSW, Inspira Insights Australia is independently run and ABN-registered.
