We are a Pittsburgh-based team of HAES®-aligned, weight-inclusive clinicians (dietitians and therapists) who work 1:1 with people who want to heal from disordered eating and create a caring & compassionate relationship with their bodies that prioritizes both their mental and physical well-being. WE SPECIALIZE IN: - assessment and treatment of eating disorders & disorders eating - body image and weight concerns - weight-inclusive medical nutrition therapy for chronic conditions - mental health counseling for eating disorders, body image, depression, anxiety, trauma, life stressors, mood regulation, and more As nutrition and mental health clinicians that deeply care about our collective community well-being, we are passionate about dismantling the weight-centric, stigmatizing, and shaming aspect of our current healthcare model. We are committed to shaping a more inclusive world that values and celebrates bodies of diverse shapes, sizes, races, abilities, and identities.
