One of my passions lies in working with the Autistic community, helping individuals to thrive and lead fulfilling lives. I understand the importance of recognising each person's strengths, abilities, and barriers and how these can impact mental health and progress. That is why I am genuinely interested in addressing mental health aspects, such as anxiety, depression, and social isolation, which frequently pose challenges for Autistic individuals. Through our shared efforts, I aim to assist clients in identifying and implementing strategies that align with their values and suit their individual approaches. We focus on cognitive skills, executive function, and mindfulness to develop practical techniques that can be confidently applied in real-life situations. I feel grateful for the opportunity to closely collaborate with individuals, their families, and support networks to promote positive change. Inspiring individuals who may often feel like they don't "fit in" to take ownership of their mental health, pursue their desired lives, and thrive in their chosen occupations is incredibly rewarding.
