INSPIRE – Opening doors, to brighter futures! INSPIRE is an independent charity and education business partnership that connects business and education to improve social mobility and expand career opportunities for young people in London. By showcasing talent and developing employability skills, we help build a more diverse and responsive talent pool. OUR VISION All young people have access to the opportunities and inspiration they need to achieve their potential. OUR MISSION We inspire children and young people across London and beyond, using data to understand the barriers they face. We connect young people with employers to open doors to different career paths and professions. We develop their employability skills so they can pursue even more opportunities. We showcase and celebrate their talent so that others can see their worth. We bring education and business together to create a larger talent pool and promote social mobility. Since 2004, INSPIRE has been based in Hackney, working across East and North London boroughs. Our programmes equip them with the tools to explore and pursue careers that inspire them—while giving employers access to a workforce that reflects the communities they serve.
