Founded by Teresa Wheatley, Inspire Fitness is all about helping people achieve their goals in a way that is fun, motivational and realistic. Teresa has a vast amount of experience, with over 18 years in the health and fitness industry (that anti wrinkle cream certainly works wonders!) and is highly knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness. She takes her job seriously (although tries not to show it too much!) and is super-aware of how important it is to ensure exercise is performed correctly. This way, not only does it create fantastic results, but injuries are minimised. Just see for yourself – ask her anything! We should point out, that although she knows all the words to ‘Fame’ by Irene Cara, she has never willingly worn satin footless tights. The ‘thing’ that makes Teresa, and Inspire Fitness different is our approach. Full of enthusiasm, we want to make sure that whatever your current fitness levels (or not!), you can achieve positive results that will make a real difference to your life.
