About Inspire Growth
Inspire Growth Care is an Ofsted-registered provider of supported accommodation for young males aged 16+, including UASC, those at risk of exploitation, and care leavers navigating complex challenges. We provide 24/7 staffed placements underpinned by trauma-informed practice, psychological safety, and consistent, gender-responsive support. Our aim is to foster emotional stability, positive identity, and long-term readiness for adulthood — not just tenancy. With over 17 years of combined experience and a proven track record of stabilising young people with CCE risk, mental health concerns, or disrupted placements, we work closely with Local Authorities across London and surrounding boroughs to deliver safe, outcomes-focused placements tailored to the needs of the young person. We don’t offer generic beds — we build therapeutic, structured environments where young people can develop emotional resilience, re-engage with education or employment, and gradually transition toward independence.
