Caitlin Drago assists organizations in building cultures of empathy, creativity, and trust, beginning with how they communicate and connect. She spent over ten years studying improv at places like the nationally accredited Upright Citizen’s Brigade in Los Angeles and now has spent the last eight years teaching executives and their teams to do the same. Services include interactive group programs as well as one-on-one and group leadership coaching. Team programs are built on the basic principles of improvisation, that we always say, “Yes, and” and that our main goal is to “Make each other look good.” Using this as a foundation for our work together, participants immediately begin interacting in a more collaborative and positive way, building relationships as well as communication skills. “But George in compliance would never do... IMPROV!” Caitlin understands varying learning and communication styles of participants and skillfully creates a learning environment that allows for a diverse group of participants to step out of their comfort zone with as much structure as possible. Workshops are engaging; we laugh and walk away with solid lessons and skills that are directly applied to the workplace.
