About Inspire Performance

Inspire Performance is a 15 year old, UK based, privately owned company, led by Pippa and David Harrand. We have a strong client base across a wide range of public and private clients, 80% of who have been successfully working with us for over 10 years. We work across all business sectors with a specialist knowledge and experience in the built environment. Our skills and expertise are centered around humanistic psychology, sports coaching and behavioural change applied to organisational development. We focus on creating a sustainable balance through our assignments by giving equal focus and value to the performance outcomes that are achieved from financial, asset based, human, stakeholder and environmental capital. We know that strong leadership is essential for both surviving and thriving in today's complex and challenging markets.
