About Inspired - Leadership Development

At Inspired!, our mission is to deliver engaging development experiences to facilitate professional, organizational, and personal growth. Our vision is clear and simple: through partnering with our clients, we see "effective leaders - in every important life role." In many cases we partner with client organizations to facilitate their own internally-developed leadership training content. In others, we work with customers to develop and deliver custom programs, deliver our existing ones, or deliver programs as an Authorized Partner for Blanchard (namely SLII, Self Leadership, Team Leadership, and Management Essentials). We foster strong rapport with our clients' internal teams, and seek to clearly understand and communicate the intersection of training content and their business. We are tested and proven facilitators who work hard to apply what we learn about our clients' culture and business in the learning environment, and facilitate an inclusive experience so that all learners' contributions are both heard and appreciated. Martin Sarkissian (President), has inspired participants at organizations such as: Abbott, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Christiana Care Health Systems, the Harvard Business School, MasterCard International, Michelin, the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Siemens, United Technologies, and Verizon Wireless - to name a few. Martin is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Neumann University. He also served honorably for eight years in The United States Marine Corps, and received the Marine Corps' highest graduate honor (The Leatherneck Award) upon commencement from Parris Island.
