About Inspired Training Center
Inspired Training Center is a cycling and functional training center for people of all levels of interest and ability. The center is owned and operated locally in Denver by two USA Cycling Certified coaches of cycling and multisport who are here to help you acheive your goals. Additionally, two other Certified coaches lead classes and clinics from the studio. Inspired Training Center is equiped with 14 CompuTrainers and 4 Wahoo Kickrs and operates its classes using the industry leading PerfPro software. Because each individual athlete is just that, an individual, all the studio workouts are specifically targeted to a person's unique level of fitness and training. Therefore each and every person that comes to ride in the studio gets an equal workout to their fellow riders, no matter the different levels of ability. With the direct involvement of the coaches leading the classes, athletes are able to both refine their fitness as well as their skills in an engaging and positive environment. Outside the studio, the Inspired Training Center coaches lead skills clinics, work on riding drills, and help individual athletes with racing tactics. Whether a person is getting ready for a tour or event, preparing for a race, or looking to gain a higher degree of health and wellness, the staff at Inspired Training Center will help you reach your goals and potential. The highest degree of engagement with the Coaches of Inspired Training Center is through the Individual Coaching Services. Herein athletes are given specific and individual training plans based on the athletes targeted interests and goals. This begins with a personal consultation and the building of an Annual Training Plan. Afterwards the coach will build in specific periodization blocks of training designed around the schedule and timeframe of the athlete. This allows for a fluid, flexible system of support and coaching to help athletes perform their best.
