We do this by enabling them to lead through change and challenges, and being the support they need in what can feel like a dog eat dog world. We do this by coaching, consulting and/or facilitation with a lens on people, leaning into Organizational Relationship Systems intelligence, complexity theory and behavioural economics. We have seen our fair share of work environments where good ideas turn into controversial initiatives or dysfunctional implementations where managing the change is an afterthought or a step in the project plan, and all too often, it can be tied back to deficiencies in something a leader said, did, or did not do.
