As Inspiring Hearts, I will be professional, supportive, show respect in a dignified manner as I am there in representation for you in the healthcare setting as your Private Patient Advocate (PPA). I will lend you support by advocating for you or your loved one for your personal well-being both physically, emotionally and spiritually. Our foundation of our company is the three (3) C’s of a compassionate heart - Care, Comfort and Compassion, affirming that you are not alone! I will offer encouragement, validate, provide emotional support and preserve your beliefs as well as your decisions with regards to your healthcare, when necessary recording medicine, test etc. all those accountable for your healthcare! I will work with you in the selection process of services that fits your needs and will always inform you of changes in the calendar settings. I will be present and attentive for doctor’s rounds in the AM, providing emotional support as well as taking notes, or requesting the doctor to speak directly to your family as a consult via phone! A smile, holding your hand, providing open conversation and other mindful ways will always lend a hand in healing! I will continue to the best care possible by continuing my educate adding to my eleven (11) years of life experiences as well as raising three (3) grown children with multiple health needs and our daughter who has endured eleven years with a rare and incurable kidney disease. Together, we have been on a journey of multiple experiences within healthcare settings which is why my dedication to patient advocating is so determined to support you and your loved ones! I have found support as a Patient Advocate to be vital as it reinforces your loved ones voice in a healthcare setting, validates reactions to medications, it’s effective in so many ways, preserving the dignity, respect of both patients and their family!
