About Instamod Group

A simple vision to give developers, traditional construction companies and modular building businesses access to a dynamic and vastly experienced off-site construction solutions business. Our mission is to build collaborative working partnerships in the delivery of modern method of construction specialising in Site Services, Project & Site Management, Temporary & Permanent Recruitment and Electrical. The Instamod Group is made up of 3 businesses Instamod Site Services, MMC Staffing Solutions and Stenergy Electrical Contractors. All businesses operate from our head office in Beverley East Yorkshire which allows us to work in collaboration to ensure a cost effective and efficient solutions is provided. Instamod Site Services We have a team of 20+ operatives ranging from semi-skilled to joiners to SMSTS qualified supervisors. We have fleet of 11 vans which operate nationwide installing, relocating, and dismantling modular buildings and providing a refurbishment service. We can undertake on a labour only basis or happy to provide full turnkey solutions with materials, ground works, cranes, and transport etc. MMC Staffing Solutions A temporary and permanent recruitment provider specialising in Modular, Caravan & Construction industries. We have a large nationwide pool of candidates with modular experience so that we can provide local labour to your sites to keep rates as competitive as possible. Stenergy Electrical Contractors All our electrical works are undertaken by our electrical company Stenergy Electrical Contractors. The team are experienced in modular construction both in a factory and site environments. We can operate on a labour only basis and/or material supply and fit.
