Instant Recruiters is a new South African recruitment consultancy focusing on permanent as well as long term contract placements within a wide variety of industries. Instant Recruiters was born out of an increased demand for 'service' instead of 'sales' driven recruitment services. We believe in doing things a bit differently and strongly focus on a service model that enables us to actively and effectively build long term relationships through our continued involvement with both the client and the candidate - therefore our focus on 'service' rather than 'sales'. A personalised, targeted approach to recruitment is one of our core attributes and is evident in the way our business is conducted at all times.
