The Institute of Counselling is a Counselling and CBT training provider that specialises in delivering affordable online Counselling, Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Coaching and Mentoring programmes and training. The Institute of Counselling was established in 1985 and in that time has trained over 30,000 British and International students. Our counselling, CBT and cognitive coaching and mentoring training ranges from online CPD approved courses to more academically advanced online university accredited programmes, credit rated with 30-120 credit points (3rd year BA/BSc level). Our courses are delivered via flexible learning, to enable learners the option to study around their practice, job role and other commitments. Students who are undertaking our courses have full tutor support and guidance an online mentor and access to student advisors, throughout the duration of their course. Online training and skills development for staff - our courses and training can be studied by individuals or by multiple staff members, as a group registration.
