About Institutional Investors Roundtable
The IIR is an international community of over 40 leading global institutional investors (pension funds, sovereign funds, government reserve fund and other long term asset owners) who collaborate on private market investments. The IIR acts as an “accelerator” to help institutional investors innovate and collaborate on the implementation of their private markets investment strategies. Participation in the IIR is restricted to senior investment executives from eligible Institutional Investors. The IIR community gathers twice annually for direct, confidential, peer-to-peer discussions around private market investment. Content is investor-focused and investor-sourced, with peers discussing capacity building and tangible collaboration opportunities. Between meetings, the IIR also supports a range of collaboration initiatives prioritized by the IIR participants. A number of concrete collaborations have resulted from discussions hosted by the IIR. The IIR is a not-for-profit organisation supported by a secretariat based in Quebec City (Canada) and London (UK), and with its corporate headquarters in Paris (France). The IIR Secretariat also draws on the expertise of several senior advisors from academia, industry and pension funds.
