Our manufacturing facility is located in Allentown, PA. Using state of the art molding and cutting equipment, we will manufacture expanded polystyrene foam to your precise requirements. Whether you need sheets of foam or an intricately cut contour piece, ICA is here for you. Our in-house design team will assist you in creating the perfect product for your needs, or you may provide us with your own specifications and we will cut and ship to your desired location on our own trucks with experienced company drivers. Environmentally conscious, we utilize a pentane recycling system to reduce the amount of potential pollutants released into the atmosphere. Instead, we recapture the pentane and reroute it through our boiler to reduce the amount of natural gas we use. Our in-house EPS trim is also recycled, and we will accept recyclable EPS from our customers for reprocessing rather than see it go to a landfill. ICA products are all Made in AmerICA.
