Roger Pickering is the namesake on the corporation. Roger changed the name in February of 2011 to recognize the business growth beyond simply auto insurance policies, expanding lines into homeowners among others. Today we see the growing opportunities to serve our community as our customers seek help in protecting their families, their homes, their autos, and their financial well being. To recognize our customers many needs we want to appeal to you as the place for all of your insurance needs. So in 2017, you can now know us as the Insurance Place of Orange Park. We are still Pickering Insurance Inc. However, you will see us telling Clay County, Jacksonville, and Orange Park that we are your insurance place. This means that our new logo and advertised name will highlight our mission as your Insurance Place of Orange Park.
