The Insurent Lease Guaranty Program is the first and leading institutional guarantor of residential leases, and was created to assist renters, landlords, condo/coop owners, brokers and relocation specialists in quickly and easily closing leases for all parties. Insurent has transformed the multifamily industry, issuing thousands of lease guarantees representing over $900 million of rent exposure, with over 400,000 units and over 3,500 buildings accepting the Insurent Lease Guaranty Program.
