Beside, we also provide auditing, replacement and installation of machine and its parts to ensure safety at work place. Our services include Replacement of blades, chucks and grit pads, Tighten, tension and adjust belts and pulleys, Adjust and tighten components, Check and repair guard, covers and lockout doors, Inspect and check safety switches as well as electrical lockout devices, Clean and lubricate components, Top up oils and drain moisture traps, Replace/adjust bearings and guides and much more. We also offer a range of other services that encompasses installation of WHS engineered systems, safety signs and PPE equipment, installation and auditing of first aid kits, procurement and commissioning of new plant, equipment, furniture, machines and tools, design and Installation of racking and storage, project management services and repositioning of machines. At Integra, our primary objective is to be the first choice in WHS and Compliance Management Solutions. Along with our audits and machine maintenance, we also render a range of design consultation services. Our consultations are tailored separately for each school and the solutions depend on the number of students, type and number of courses taught, syllabus requirements for each course, ASQA requirements for VET. We also document all our work with all commissioning data, warranties, checklists, SOP’s, asset registers and staff induction registration. To ensure streamlined transfer of information we hand over a hard and soft copy for the records to ensure meeting the legal obligations.
