We are the only authorized real estate company to have offices on-site inside the guarded entry of the exclusive golf communities of Chaparral Pines and The Rim Golf Club. Our sales office at Chaparral Pines is adjacent to the putting green and just steps from our beautiful clubhouse, golf shop and driving range. At The Rim Golf Club, we are just before you reach the security entrance and a short distance from dining, golf, and the other amenities this community has to offer. In addition to our Real Estate Services, our affiliated companies offer developer owned homesites, speculative homes, pre-designed homes, and full-service custom home building. Our sales team members have an average of 20+ years serving the residents of these two communities in addition to Payson and surrounding areas.
