Integral Wellness specialises in increasing energy and stress resilience, avoiding burnout and reversing and preventing type 2 diabetes. As a nation, more and more medications are being prescribed but disease rates are on the rise and 2.3 million people are out of work due to stress and illness. Personally impacted by a predisposition to type 2 diabetes and experiencing a decade of stress and corporate pressure, the very reality of how we survive in the modern world is apparent in what fuels exhaustion, burnout and illness. We’re surrounded by a dominating food industry and a very confusing wellness industry. There is a disconnect between our food choices and our health and it is driving disease. We help businesses reduce absenteeism, employee turnover and illness rates - as well as the cost that goes with them - by delivering wellbeing initiatives in the workplace. We guide and educate groups and individual 1-1 clients on how to adopt nutrition and lifestyle changes to improve their energy, manage their blood sugar levels, and avoid undue stress and burnout.
