Integrate Autism Employment Advisors is a non-profit that works with organizations to identify, recruit and retain professionals on the autism spectrum. Our goal is inclusive competitive employment opportunities for autistic individuals. We do this by helping employers identify and hire employees they may not typically consider, but are a perfect fit for their hiring needs. These employees bring unique skill sets and talents to the job and deliver superior outcomes for their employers.
