Co- founders Jimmy Song and Dana McElroy established Integrated Connections in order to meet critical needs of their customers. Together they have nearly 40 years of experience and have been in the middle of the HUGE growth and rapid change that the cosmetic/personal care industry has been experiencing. Social media is now dictating the speed in which new products are introduced, what used to be quarterly is now monthly. The “old way” of doing business no longer works and to stay relevant, brands have been forced to move away from brick and mortar and are selling to the consumer directly. Established brands who have capitalized on the consumer direct model are experiencing staggering growth and supply chain issues have become a major constraint, while new brands are trying to jump onto a moving treadmill to capture their piece of the pie. IC cuts through the red tape of contract manufacturing world utilizing deep seeded relationships with people/companies who service the industry. Offering partial and turnkey solutions to manage the process from concept to creation, overseeing formulation, compounding/ filling, packaging and fulfillment. Thus, eliminating the BS which allows the brand to do what they do best MARKET!
