Noah Bly incorporated Integrated Development in 2004 to pursue high quality urban infill developments. The name reflects his belief, and those of his partners, that development value is maximized by thoughtfully integrating the elements necessary in a successful real estate development. Central to this approach is the integration of branding and marketing into the development process early and thoroughly. The result is projects that better tuned to their market segments and a marketing process that drives faster lease up and superior returns. Current projects are informed by Noah’s more than 25 years of experience in real estate including a successful track record in both New York City, where he oversaw the development and management of mixed-use and multifamily developments, and Minneapolis, MN, where he has worked in development, construction and architecture. His multi-disciplinary experience informs his distinct ability to effectively assess potential projects, manage risk and drive project success. Noah’s experience includes leadership roles in more than 2,000 units, including: market rate apartments, senior living, student housing, affordable housing, supportive housing, condominiums and co-ops, transit-oriented development and mixed-use developments.
