We own the tools, equipment and facilities necessary to perform all of the work items identified in your proposal. IMS owns an 18,000 square foot enclosed facility, situated on 1.2 Acres of land in California, with 2000 square feet of office space and 2400 feet of training area, including classroom and other facilities. Facilities include major structural and welding work equipment, a fully equipped inside machine shop, computerized sheet metal shop, pipe shop, mechanical shop, electrical shop, access controlled tool and test equipment room, and general repair and staging areas. The company also has the capability to conduct valve repair and testing, including hydraulic pressure testing equipment. IMS has a “Clean Room” specifically built to perform hydraulic system component repair, overhaul and testing. Together with an integrated hydraulic system test stand, this facility can produce results that equal OEM standards. It is a significant capability that will provide for our customers value added services for any and all hydraulic testing and repair. IMS owns and operates large mobile trailers that are used throughout southern California and Seattle, WA. The advantage of these mobile facilities is that they allow us to provide for you virtually all of the same quality services that we can provide in our shops. The trailers in San Diego, which will be moved, as necessary, to the site of the work for this proposal, have many of the capabilities of our Chula Vista, CA facility but in a mobile configuration.
