Providing consultancy services on contractual basis for automotive companies within the Middle East and Africa region including the following. • Business startups planning & executions. • Re-structuring, including organizational structure development and human resources systems. • Development of Distribution Strategies and network. • Structuring Operational Policies and Procedures (Corporate Governance). • Work with management for developing annual business plans, strategies and action plans. • Develop key performance indicators and management’s regular reports for monitoring business plans progress and achievements • Assist in developing annual budgets. • Help in developing management’s regular reports for monitoring actual operational results against business plans / budgets. • Work with management for developing corrective action plans in case of business plan/budget deviations. • Assist top management in monitoring operations performance against targets on regular basis to ensure achieving targets and sustaining business growth. Solicit new business opportunities including acquisition of new dealerships/brands including. • Contact OEMs, principles, franchises and manufacturers. • Prepare proposals and business plans including structure, network plan and sales targets. • Assist in developing financial budgets including required working capital and cash flow analysis. • Liaison between principle and company for providing all legal and financial required documents. • Lead negotiation with principles. • Develop action plans for business startup. • Participate in reviewing, modifying and finalization of all distributorship legal documents and contracts.
