Since 2008 Integrative Counseling Solutions has helped families with their mental health needs. We live in uncertain times. For better or for worse, all family members are affected in one way or another, and can impact each other. Parents struggle with the demands of work, the challenge of raising children and finding time to meet their own needs. They may battle anxiety, depression, marital discord, substance abuse and a variety of other challenges. This can also have an impact on the emotional development of our children. They may be acting out, struggling at school, experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression, and some abuse drugs or alcohol as coping mechanisms. We work with all families to help them find their path to healing. We are an interdisciplinary team of licensed therapists, skill development counselors and a psychiatrist, prepared to meet the variety of mental health needs of diverse families.
