Founded in Detroit, Michigan in December 2011 by Brian Mooney and John Biggar, Integrity Building Group (IBG) is a full service Construction Management and Architectural firm. Our mission is to provide the highest level of customer service for complicated construction projects, particularly historic renovation projects. IBG was established on the belief that hard work and dedication to principles can make a difference, both to the success of a business and to the revitalization of the City of Detroit. Our firm specializes in adaptive reuse/renovation and historic restoration projects throughout Southeastern Michigan, with our primary focus being the historic districts of Detroit. We respect and understand the needs of clients, and are happy to look at either Construction Management or Architectural services. In many cases, the owner has chosen to combine both services to ensure prompt delivery and proper attention to budget concerns. Construction projects are important for the growth of historic businesses; however, they can lead to frustration if the appropriate concerns are not kept at the forefront of your managers and architects.
