WHAT I DO: I guide companies through the process of food labeling and compliance and partner in their success in the market place as they take their product from recipe to ready for retail. HOW DO I DO THIS: I provide all the necessary labeling information that is required: Standards of Identity, Nutrition Analysis, Ingredient Labeling, Allergen Disclosures, Nutrient Content Claims, Health Claims etc. WHO I WORK WITH: I partner with food companies, entrepreneurs and kitchen incubators across the country. My clients are typically looking to have an experienced guide take them through the often time frustrating and complicated process of F.D.A. compliant food labeling. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: As a Food Scientist, for more than twenty- five years, of experience in product development and food product label requirements, I understand products and processes. I have had the opportunity to work various sized food manufacturers and industry groups, developing products and successfully launching them to the market. Integrity Labeling was born out of my desire to help food companies navigate the complicated process of having food labels that are FDA Compliant, by providing personalized, affordable nutritional analysis and food label guidance. It is my goal to make your job of complying with FDA regulations easy and understandable.
