With trainers spanning Australia and New Zealand, we provide both on-site and remote training options. We understand that training is rarely a one-size-fits-all solution. Our comprehensive training services encompass a range of offerings, comprising training project management, both pre and post Go Live end-user training, the creation of training materials such as user guides and training videos, and dedicated Go Live Support. InTele Training has secured training certifications from multiple well-known telecommunications distributors and offers end-user training to a wide range of IT and Telephony partners. Our primary goal at the conclusion of the project is to empower users with the knowledge and confidence to effectively use the system, reducing any apprehension associated with change.
