About Intellichoice Realty Services
Intellichoice is a loan modification company with a staff of 50 dedicated people whose sole purpose is to save as many homes from foreclosure as possible. So far, we have saved about 700 homes. We negotiate on behalf of struggling homeowner’s with their bank to modify the terms of their existing mortgage. The process is extremely labor intensive and complex so we developed a proprietary CRM which has enabled us to successfully negotiate modifications with virtually every major lending institution. We charge a flat fee and provide an eligibility guarantee (if we or the bank determines the homeowner is ineligible for a modification of their loan, then we refund the fee in full). We are fully licensed in NM, AZ, CO and by the CA Dept. of Real Estate.
