Intelligent Design Manufacturing (IDM) is a floor care equipment manufacturer that was founded by Guy Cordell, Jr. in 2020 to fill a need in the commercial and industrial cleaning space. IDM developed a lightweight, high-quality floor scrubber, the X-Scrub Mini, with the capability to clean spaces that larger machines on the market currently cannot reach. The reliable micro floor scrubber machine serves the cleaning needs of Manufacturing, Corporate Offices, Schools, Community Centers, Bars and Restaurants, Retail, Healthcare, and Janitorial Service providers. IDM has also developed a host of other floor cleaning products, such as the X-Scrub Pro, X-Scrub Max, and The Scraper, to serve various everyday cleaning needs for businesses and organizations. While larger manufacturers continue to concentrate on developing larger, more expensive machines, IDM is looking out for the daily janitor and multi-person cleaning teams. We help our customers get the job done quickly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis. IDM works with cleaning supply distributors to stock their inventory with the X-Scrub Mini, other cleaning products, and accessories. IDM also works directly with small businesses and organizations such as hospitals, schools, and churches to provide them with access to our affordable micro scrubber products.
