IntelliH, Inc. was founded with a mission to build and provide a Platform as a Service to enable Patients, engage Physicians to spend more time with their Patients, and empower organizations to improve efficiencies. The IntelliH Platform was conceived and developed by Physicians, Medical Informaticians, Data Scientists and founders who thoroughly understood the challenges being faced by Healthcare organizations. IntelliH platform collates Telehealth services and Remote Patient Monitoring aided with Advanced Analytics, delivering timely insights to Providers and Patients for achieving improved outcomes. The IntelliH system of engagement adopts a highly personalized approach to Patient Care. Remote Patient Monitoring is enabled by wireless IoT devices, Mobile Health Apps, High definition video-based collaboration, secure texts, notifications and smart alerts. These tools equip Care Teams to collaborate while engaging with Patients and Providers. The context and insight derived through IntelliH system allows Care Givers to track Patient compliance and understand risks more deeply to act appropriately to foster a closer and more collaborative relationship with the Patients. IntelliH collaborations are not orthogonal. IntelliH uses multi party video collaboration so Care Teams comprising Physicians, Specialists, Pharmacists, Social Workers and Care Coordinators can engage simultaneously in a multi-party call with their Patients. Notes recorded during these sessions can be pushed to the EMRs.
