IntensiChem provides innovative flow processing solutions from laboratory to plant. We offer excellence, value and maximum return through scientific services and technologies. We have novel in-house approaches for gas-liquid reactions to drastically reduce mass transfer issues, deliver controlled amount of gas and eliminate catalyst slurry issues. Our approach to photochemistry is scalable in one flow reactor rather than numbering up tens of microreactors. High pressure (100 bar up to 300 bar if necessary for hydrogenation) is possible using our flow equipment. IntensiChem's core tenet is the belief that continuous processing offers operating conditions, techniques and selectivity that standard batch processing simply cannot deliver or render it uneconomical to do so. Each process or problem is unique, so demands a bespoke solution which we can deliver through innovative process technology and chemical development. IntensiChem's aim is to develop scalable and commercial flow processes through development from first principles. Using this approach, no process is reliant on a particular manufacturer's hardware. We have excellent knowledge of technology options to operate in larger development space, for maximum gain to the client with smaller inherent costs. IntensiChem's founders have a solid background in process development for the pharmaceutical industry, using both chemistry and process technology to deliver process understanding and large annual savings.
