We are a mental health private practice with a passion for women's issues, and identity development, empowering women and adolescents to find intent, and authenticity, and to deepen their connection with self and others. At Intentional Therapy, we get to know each and every one of our clients on a deeper level. We believe that developing a genuine connection within the therapeutic relationship is essential for our clients to thrive. Our clients receive personalized therapy - and instead of doing things the traditional way, we've designed a system around the needs of our clients. Our clinicians' therapeutic approach is the best combination of a relational and integrative approach when working with our clients. We provide a variety of services from talk therapy, to coaching, to speaking at organizations about the topic of mental health. At Intentional Therapy, we also have a variety of approaches in which we work with clients, depending on their circumstances and needs. These approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Existential Therapy, Vedic Counseling, and Reality Therapy.
