True Value is in the Quality. We are an Australian foundry that produce Bronze and Aluminium components for a number of industries and specialise in OEM alternative crusher wear parts, all made to Australian standards, using certified ingot materials and we have been doing so for over 30 years. Crusher wear parts specifically need to have ‘True value’. The cost of a crusher machine breaking down and being out of use can cost mine sites millions in lost revenue. So the quality, longevity and efficiency of the components within them are vital. Our cast and finished products are more pure, more tensile, more stronger and ultimately will wear less and last longer than the International imports being sold by other Australian stockists. The imported parts they sell are not made using the same quality materials and have significant impurities in them which will cause the parts to wear or fail quicker, requiring replacement more frequently at a significant cost to the end user. This therefore outweighs any initial minor savings made on the purchase price on imported goods. So, true value is not in the price, but the quality of the product. As a result, Intercast now stocks spare parts for most crushers used in the mining and quarrying industry. Being a foundry, we have the advantage of a quick turnaround and the ability to produce oversized adaptations to standard components where required.
