Our Vision: Eradicate extreme poverty in low-income neighborhoods, considerably reduce social inequality and child crime in a general sense so that future generations can live with dignity and thus have a world of peace through a good quality education system, health and opportunity for a decent job to meet their needs. Our Objectives: ICTPO aims to contribute and promote comprehensive human development projects for groups or individuals aimed at marginal and spiritual corrections both in the country and outside of it, actively coordinate with national and international organizations, whose goals are the provision of services and humanitarian actions aimed at to the development of society and human promotion, willing to work together in the following areas: a- Promote development initiatives both nationally and internationally. b- Present Jesus Christ as the only savior and healer of man through service. c- Develop educational activities such as: Talks, Workshops, Seminars, Conferences and preparation of educational materials for the formation of an efficient chaplain. d- Develop social activities, with hospitals, the red cross, fire brigades, civil defense, police forces, civil society, among other institutions if they deserve it.
