About Intercultural Open University Foundation

Intercultural Open University Foundation is an adult based distance learning foundation offering accredited doctoral degrees in partnership with Universidad Azteca and Universidad Central de Nicaragua. Founded in 1981 it has offices in the US and Spain. The IOU Foundation provides a personalized, mentored educational experience for graduate learners and functions as a charitable foundation dedicated to social change.
