Before establishing Interim Executive Search in September 2001, Phil was the Principal of the interim executive management division for an international executive search corporation. With a career spanning 30 years in recruitment, Phil has extensive networks with clients, candidates, industry and memberships which has meant that Interim Executive Search has established a reputation for excellence, personal service and innovative solutions for both our Clients and the Executives we place.
