About interlanguage
interlanguage s.r.l. was founded in Modena, Italy in 1986 by a team of translators and interpreters sharing a feel for the business and a vision of the future. Over the years, the company grew steadily to become an international language services provider recognised for an extremely high level of competence, specialisation, and efficiency. It is one of the first Italian translation centres to gain certification of its internal Quality System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, while the Translation Service is certified to ISO 17100:2017. It was also the first company in the industry to be Gender Equality certified (UNI PdR 125: 2022). Since 2013, the independent market research firm Common Sense Advisory has been placing interlanguage amongst the “Top 20 Language Service Providers in Southern Europe”. In 2019, interlanguage joined Transline Gruppe GmbH, the 3rd largest translation service provider in Germany. interlanguage today is defined by the efficiency and diynamism of our expert team of expert linguists, who are coordinating and engaging with a network of about 1,500 external freelancers. Together, they are generating an annual output of more than 15 million words on the translation side of the business alone.
