International Frozen Foods Corp. (IFF) started from a small desk with a single landline in Brooklyn NY, in 1985. We began by importing frozen cooked beef from Argentina. In 1987 we expanded our offerings to include fresh Argentine strawberries and fresh Ecuadorian plantains, offered for sale at Hunts Point Market. We now source products from across Central and South America. As we approach 38 years in business, we are continuing to grow our list of offerings. Our frozen fruits are used by prize-winning jam makers and juice bars. They are used in ice cream and ice-cream toppings by manufacturers nationwide. Currently, our line of frozen fruit includes strawberries, blueberries, pineapples, raspberries, and mangoes. Our line of frozen vegetables includes butternut squash, zucchini, and onions. We also specialize in importing fresh produce, specifically blueberries, plantains, cassava (yucca), chayote squash, taro root, malanga and pumpkin (calabaza), as well as peeled and whole garlic. We work to provide our customers with focused service and timely deliveries of excellent-quality fruits and vegetables at competitive prices.
