About International Institute for Dreaming and Imagery ®

The International Institute for Dreaming and Imagery® works with individuals and organizations using dreaming and imagery as tools for transformation in leadership, creativity, and personal development with effective coaching. We develop leadership potential, providing tools for leaders and coaches to maintain greater presence, emotional and social cognition, and for working through conflict and change. Our work offers a way to reconnect with the inner-self, return to the place of envisioning, and to find solutions to organizational and system-based challenges. Our programs include customized solutions for organizations and teams, on-going classes for individuals, and three certification programs. Our DYW Leadership program focuses on leadership and coaching; our DYW Artist Lab applies our techniques for developing creativity in professional creative work; and, our DYW Kids® program develops leadership and creativity in young people and their adult mentors. Founder and CEO Bonnie Buckner PhD is a PCC-level credentialed coach, and co-Director of the George Washington University Center for Excellence in Public Leadership's eCo Leadership Coaching certification program. She, and all practitioners at the Institute, bring a wide range of experience to their long and in-depth training in the dreaming and imagery work, including: PCC level ICF-credentialed coaches, entrepreneurs, academic professors, artists and performers, somatic workers, and psychologists. This range of experience brings fresh ideas to leading teams, developing individuals, and applying the dreamwork in multiple applications.
