IMPL offers the services of Andy Davies, a well respected professional superyacht captain, to help smooth the running of your current yacht or to oversee the building of your dream one. He is also available for short term missions such as deliveries, relief work, safety training and refit supervision as well as general project management and advice to owners. With over 25 years experience in the marine industry, Andy Davies started his sea-going career in the Royal Navy, serving in a variety of ships and submarines. Having completed his commission in 1992, Andy moved into the private and commercial yachting industry, working as Chief Officer and Captain aboard a variety of vessels, including Kingdom 5-KR, Southern Cross III and Thunder Gulch. Since 2001, Andy has moved into New Build Project Management and has been involved with a variety of projects ranging in size from 9 meter custom tenders to 140 meter giga yachts. IMPL also provides interior consultancy and set up, drawing on the wealth of experience provided by Michaela Davies who has worked at sea as a Chief Stewardess and has helped owners with various projects in excess of 50 meters. IMPL is well placed to exceed your project management requirements and to help ensure that your yachting needs are well cared for, offering unbiased advice and ensuring value for money.
