About International Military Community Executives' Association (IMCEA)

IMCEA, the International Military Community Executives’ Association, is the only international organization that exists specifically to advance the professional development of U.S. military MWR/Services managers around the world. IMCEA members can be found at virtually every military installation and base worldwide, working to improve the quality of life for uniformed service personnel and their families. In addition to regular members from the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard, IMCEA also brings in associate members: manufacturers and other vendors, both large and small, that serve the military MWR/Services community. IMCEA partners with industry and other professional associations to provide state of the art training for MWR/Services managers all over the world. IMCEA also provides recognition through a long-standing awards program, and presents scholarships to managers and family members to continue their education. IMCEA has developed the only recognized certification program for MWR/Services professionals: CMCE, the Certified Military Community Executive, proudly worn by those who achieve the highest levels of professional experience, job knowledge, and professionalism.
