About International Public Fundraising Council

The International Public Fundraising Council (IPFC) is a worldwide network of face-to-face regulatory associations with the collective goal of working together and sharing experience to strengthen face-to-face fundraising regulation across the globe and raise F2F fundraising standards. In 2020, though the Covid pandemic crisis, the IPFC has paved the wayfor an unprecedented international cooperation for building the outstanding resilience of F2F fundraising all over the world by : - Sharing of good practices on an ethical level, - Sharing of safety guidelines IPFC members edited a first global statement & common commitment as well as an International Forum for supporting the stakeholders in every market and good safety and political practices to restart F2F markets. The IPFC then monitored the restarting markets (acceptance by the public, volumes & performances) and shared this collective work at the very first F2F congress online. This collective work revealed F2F sector solidaruty and international cooperation capacity, as well as the complete extend of our responsabilities in all markets. In 2021, the IPFC was officially launched, with 4 founding members : - AMRAC (France), - QUIF (Austria), - Q!SH (Germany), - Fundraising Regulator (UK). IPFC Headquarters are based in Vienna : with : Jean-Paul Kogan-Recoing as President, Franz Wissmann as Vice-President, Günther Lutschinger as Treasurer. Goals of the IPFC are now extended to : - Establishing a common code of conduct / ethics to enhance quality standards, - Sharing best practices, - Conduct studies & research to improve the F2F system, - Supporting the establishing of F2F self-regulatory bodies, - Establishing key-indicators to make F2F sustainable and inclusive, - Participating to the international fundraising organizations, - Representing the interests of the sector in every market.
